FRONT YARD GROUND COVER
The board requested Vision Property Management to inspect homeowners' yards for lack of rock. The Architectural
Guidelines state that, "Front yard ground cover shall be crushed rock or decomposed granite." Natural rock colors approved
by the Architectural Committee that do not require submittal are: Apache Brown, Mission Red, Desert Brown, and Yavapai
Red. Any other color will need an approval by the ARC.
Homeowners that do not have gravel or crushed rock or only a minimal amount of rock coverage will be sent a violation
letter.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
Homeowners making any structural changes to the exterior of their home (including AC units) should fill out an Archietectural
Improvement Application and Review Form and submit it to Vision Property Management prior to beginning any project.
Please make sure to include sketches or plans and as much detail as possible. It is sometimes difficult
for the ARC to understand written descriptions of projects.
The ARC meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month.
VIOLATION LETTERS
After the last inspection, there were 206 violation letters sent to homeowners. If you receive
a violation letter, please respond promptly. Contact VPM with any questions or concerns.
