POOL AREA MAINTENANCE PERSON NEEDED
Meadowbrook is currently looking for any resident interested in maintaining the pool area. Some
of the duties would consist of cleaning the ramadas, bathrooms and disposing of the trash. This is to be done 7 days
a week. All supplies will be provided, however, there is no trash pick up at the pool area. Basic maintenance
and plumbing skills are helpful but not required. Anyone interested should submit a bid to Vision Property Management
by February 15, 2004 (any questions should also be directed to VPM).
NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
Meadowbrook is currently looking for a resident to volunteer to be the Neighborhood Watch area leader and coordinator.
Some of the duties include: being a contact for the block leaders in Meadowbrook, keeping in contact with the Sheriff's Auxiliary
of Volunteers and plan bi-annual meetings.
If no one will volunteer to be the area leader, the neighborhood
watch program will discontinue. Anyone who is interested, please contact Terina as soon as possible at 408-7978
or email
tdmclaren@comcast.net for more details. Also, anyone interested in joining the Neighborhood Watch should contact Terina for details.

CRIME REPORT
During the month of December, one crime was reported to Patty. On December 11th, a vehicle was stolen from a home
on Lazybrook. The vehicle was locked and forced entry was used. The Police later recovered the vehicle.
Remember if you see a crime in progress call 911 immediately. To report a non-emergency crime, please contact the
Sheriff's office immediately at 741-4900. Following your report please contact Patty at 293-5467 to include the crime
in the next issue of the Meadowbrook News.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
Homeowners making any structural changes to the exterior of their home (including AC units) should fill out an Architectural
Improvement Application and Review Form and submit it to Vision Property Management prior to beginning any project.
Please make sure to include sketches or plans and as much detail as possible. It is sometimes difficult
for the ARC committee to understand written descriptions of projects.
The ARC meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month.
A "BRIGHT" IDEA
A Meadowbrook Homeowner made a suggestion to the Board of Directors regarding outside garage lights that have been out
for several months. Although this is not a "violation" according to the CC&R's, these lights should be on at night
for safety and security reasons. The neighborhood can get pretty dark especially with the absence of streetlights.
It was decided at the December Board of Directors meetings that a board member will periodically drive through the neighborhood
and make a note of those whose lights are not on. Vision Property Management will then send a "friendly reminder" to
those homeowners. This is, as stated above, for the safety and security of all Meadowbrook Residents.
Please take a minute to check and make sure your light is working.
