FENCE PAINT COLORS
Fences in the
neighborhood continue to need repair and painting due to the never-ending Arizona sun.
The official Meadowbrook Paint Colors are Dunn Edwards Paints The Home Depot on Costco Drive has swatches for fence
paint colors on file. Just go to the paint counter and request paint for fences
in the Meadowbrook Community.

NEW HOUSE PAINT
COLORS
EXTERIOR PAINTING,
when of the same color as the original, need not be approved by the Architectural Committee.
All other colors shall be approved by the Architectural Committee, and should be one of the four original color/trim
combinations of the initial development, and shall not match either adjacent neighbor's dwelling.

FRONT YARD GROUND COVER
The board requested
Vision Property Management to inspect homeowners' yards for lack of rock. The Architectural Guidelines state that, "Front
yard ground cover shall be crushed rock or decomposed granite." Natural rock colors approved by the Architectural Committee
that do not require submittal are: Apache Brown, Mission Red, Desert Brown, and Yavapai Red. Any other
color will need an approval by the ARC.
