Board Meeting Highlights

Several homeowners submitted letters to the Board regarding trash bins being left on sidewalks or streets. Please remember to keep your trash bins behind fences and to bring them back in after they are emptied. It was also brought to the attention of the Board that some tenants may be renting rooms out and also using the street for parking. No tenant may rent rooms out or use the street for parking. This is also a violation of the CCR's. The street needs to be kept clear as to allow emergency vehicles and other vehicles through. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to fines by the Sheriff's department.
