Board Meeting Notes

The Board approved getting a "key card" system for the pools. More information will follow on this but this will enable the Board to change the "code" of any homeowner who becomes delinquent or in non-compliance of the rules and regulations of the Community. In addition, the pool gate on the street side will be permanently closed. The parking lot gate will provide the only pool access.
The wading pool will be refurbished in the near future. While this work is being done, the pool area will remain open, but the wading pool will be closed. Please do not allow your children around this area when the work is being completed.
As always, please abide by the pool rules posted and remember NO glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
The next board meeting is Thursday, August 26, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fountains. Please attend!

Architectural Review Committee

Homeowners making any structural changes to the exterior of their home should fill out an Architectural Improvement Application and Review Form and submit it to VPM prior to beginning any project. Please make sure to include sketches or plans and as much detail as possible. Homeowners needing ARC forms should contact VPM.

The ARC meets the 1st Tuesday of each month.
